‘The Crown’ star Jonathan Pryce is ‘hugely disappointed’ by the show’s latest critics’ poll
‘The Crown’ co-star Jeremy Piven is also on board with the new ratings, saying on ‘Entertainment Tonight’:
‘It’s a very diverse group, but they are all really talented. They just went at it and let the chips fall where they may.’
‘So excited! I can’t wait see what happens,’ Piven adds. ‘When you start getting the reviews, there seems to be an overwhelming response.’
‘The Crown’ star Matthew Macfadyen is also on board for the new ratings, explaining on ‘Entertainment Tonight’:
‘I was in New York doing press for some of our new shows and they were all fantastic. Everyone was so complimentary and I was just overwhelmed with all the positive comments.’
‘The numbers are so high, we have never gotten this high with any other show,’ he adds. ‘So in all honesty we are just trying to take everything in stride and let the chips fall where they may.’
The show’s new rating also means it has now been named by US users in the Top 10 of the site’s TV ratings, which is the most in TV history.
But it is not the only show to be included by TV fans either as the show’s ratings also include those of ‘American Idol’, ‘The Bachelor’ and ‘Dancing with the Stars’.
The new ratings also include those of ‘The Bachelor’, ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and ‘Idol’ – with ‘Dancing’ also receiving four stars as it’s highest rating to date.
‘American Idol’ has also received a rating of four stars for the first time, while ‘The Bachelor’ has got a four star rating.
