“The feeling of walking through the tunnel, the support you have from the England family, the dressing room, the manager and the fans – it’s incredible. Just to walk in and play against the USA, and feel the intensity that everyone is looking for. It’s been a long summer, and I’ve been going back and forth to San Francisco to spend time with my family. But the support from the England family and the whole team has been amazing, and I have had such an amazing time, and I just want to give my thanks to them all.”
