Jungkook of BTS debuts World Cup song ‘Dreamers’ at opening ceremony in Qatar
Korean superstars BTS have been announced as opening acts at this year’s Fifa World Cup.
The Korean pop supergroup will perform at a stadium in Doha, where their last headlining shows took place in 2014.

The song is a new one by the K-pop group, with a dance beat and upbeat production values.
The music video, which has been viewed more than 11 million times on YouTube, has been titled ‘World, World’ and marks the first time BTS has performed at a world sporting event.
The song, in Korean, is the first in the world to feature the BTS members and is set to be released on June 1 along with their first album ‘Love Yourself: Her’, produced by Cube Entertainment.

The group – called ‘Kangta’ back in their home country of South Korea – are preparing to play at the Doha World Cup Stadium, having been previously announced as opening acts for the 2010 Asian Games and 2012 Asian Youth Olympic Festival.
The final date to purchase and enter the general sale for tickets to the match at the stadium in Qatar will open on April 25.
BTS are expected to play about a half-hour set, with their performance possibly bookending the women’s football match between Italy and Norway on the main stage.
